So, I thought it would be fun to put my license plate below the grill and under the front bumper cover. But, that is very low to the ground and in this part of the USA we have a lot of cement blocks in parking areas. The plate would get trashed if I parked over one and backed out. So, I bought a pair of stainless steel hinges and hardware from the Marine Store and a plastic plate to mount the license.

Works well.

I like!!!! I also wonder how many of us, on this forum have handicap plates? The rest of the world must feel pretty silly, being passed by folks dragging one leg, once they exit the car......LOL......Mike

 

So when driving does the wind pressure fold it back?

 

Oh I imagine it must fold back with the wind. But it always comes back down.
