Default DIY Tonneau pattern

Has anyone ever produced a pattern for a tonneau cover.
Mine is missing and headlining very dirty from previous owner not using one.
I think £300 is a bit steep for £20 vinyl and clips and my dear Mother is a wizard with a sewing machine.
Thanks - Mark

Can't help you with a pattern but have you tried Don Trimming in Birmingham? I've used them in the past on other cars - good product and reasonable prices.

On the same theme, has anyone found an effective way to clean up a headlining, that has got dirty due to not having a cover?
