with TPMS?

Nope. That was something that didn't come until the body style change.

 

Isn't it amazing that a car in the $75K range did not have this as standard equipment?

Yelp, you would think that as the car has wheel speed sensors that this would also function as a TPS system.

On my Honda Accord the wheel speed is used to monitor tire pressure based on if a tire is low it will be rotating faster than the other wheels.

 

TMPS.... Well, not sure what that is but I think mine has PTSD.

 

As has already been said - no Tyre Pressure Monitoring System on the 1996-2006 XK8/XKR.

I'm pleased my 2007 XK doesn't have this option fitted as the wheels sensors appear to be troublesome.
