Default Do front shocks include the lower bushing?

In the pictures I see of shock absorbers for sale, it looks like the lower bushing is integral with the shock. But then I see the lower bushing for sale separately. Shocks cost roughly $140. The bushing alone is around $100. Do I need to buy the bushing, too, or do the shocks already have the bushing pre-installed?

Every shock ive seen has the bushings in them already. I think you see them seperatly cause its nice to replace a bad bushing alone since the do go bad without having to buy a new shock
