If it were me ...

the right rear tire could be stood up with a spacer replacement
to match the left and I would consider the front bolt kit thing.

with 6* caster, you get camber gain when the front wheels are
turned anyways.

and in the rear, the suspension design is such that you get
camber gain on roll.

the center boxes are crosscamber, crosscaster and total toe
as applicable.

so how off/bad are my numbers from factory listed on the photo I have posted for the front and back? Should I be worry about front inner wheel wear?
The shop must not have seemed too concerned to fix anything or they would have to me to do it I would think to make more money????

Default related parts question

somewhat of a hijack, but i've been meaning to ask: (2000 XK8 here)
where can one acquire the bolt & shock caps for the shock assembly?

Jagbits.com or sngbarratt.com Jagbits is a little more costly but you typically have the part the next day or so (and find talking to them a better customer service experience, something IMPORTANT to me) if that is important to you. I found with the other is a WEEK wait to get stuff to me in Ohio but their prices are better.

The three items seem to be just at, or just outside of spec.

The two corrective actions are the kind of jobs some shops
will avoid due to perceived difficulty. There is easy money
and hard money.
