My 2004 XKR constantly losses the memory for the Door Control Module and I have to reset the windows like you need to do after disconnecting the Battery. If you don't watch it the window does not go all the way back up. Sucks with all the rain.
Any suggestions?

Have the battery load tested.

If the battery is weak, every time the starter loads it down when cranking the engine, the voltage may be dipping low enough for the door module to lose memory. The door module is notorious for this sensitivity to voltage.
