Was driving heard a pop and now my drivers side door mirror is limp. I do not believe it is power fold. Has anyone had this experience and how do I fix it? The assembly just kind of hangs there now and can easily be moved with no resistance back and forth.

Mirror can now move freely back and forth.

I’m assuming this piece broke? You can’t lift the assembly up much further then this, I think because of wires? Didn’t want to break more stuff
