Default Drainage for convertible top and rocker panels/sills

When I owned my MX5 I always took great care to keep the drain holes for the convertible top and rocker panels clear. The top on the Jag appears to be attached in a very different fashion than the Mazda. When water runs off the top at the rear and sides , where does it drain ? are there any holes/ channels that I should be keeping clear ? If you didn't keep the drains clear in the MX5 you could end up with rotten sills.

I have not looked yet but I assume that the rocker panels/sills on the Jag have drain holes like most cars ?

Yes they do, they are small channels at the jacking reinforcements to the pinch welds underneath the rockers, front and rear.

Any info on how the top drains at the rear/sides ? Are there drain holes/channels in the bodywork to carry the water out the bottom anywhere ?

from what i have observed and investigated, the top drains to the area under the trunk lid. the rocker drains are only for whatever water manages to pass from the rear quarter glass seals into the body. i am not sure if the cowl scuttles drain into the firewall bulkheads and then drain into the forward section of the rockers or through more centrally located firewall drains as in other cars. preliminary investigation says no.
