I've removed the two bolts at the bottom of the underscuttle, one on each side of the steering colum.

Is there anything else that has to be removed/loosened or what?? It feels like there's something around the top of the underscuttle below the major gauge module's wood that's holding the underscuttle in place.

I'm trying to get to the four bulbs in the major gauge cluster so I can replace them.
