If you are going to run a jag you need to get familiar with the wiring ..The contents are listed and clickable eg " external lighting" . All the symbols are explained in the pre amble . Bedtime reading.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think there are many electricians here on the forum. In whatever tone the suggestion was made, checking the wiring diagrams is often helpful.

It’s not hard to learn how to trace a wiring circuit diagram , just tedious.

In any case it’s going to take some disassembly to access the problem area whether you elect to check the wiring or not.
