Electronic brake pad wear sensors on my 1997?

Electronic brake pad wear sensors on my 1997?
Hello guys-
I'm getting ready to change out my brake pads on all four corners. Since I have limited experience with brakes, a buddy will be helping me.
He found THIS LINK which implies that my 1997 has electronic brake pad wear sensors installed...but I don't think that's the case. I see nothing in JTIS, and find no mention of them in this forum.
Just a quick check: DO we have electronic brake pad wear sensors installed?
