Does anyone know what all of this information on a plaque mounted on the left side shock tower is?

Are these options on this car?

If so what are they listing or is there some a site where I can decode all of the information on it?

I haven't seen that tag on the U.S. version, it may be country specific. I cannot find it on mine. and I don;t see any place where it may have been.

I have no idea either. Neither my XK8 nor XKR have any plate like that anywhere.
