What is your mixture? to much water than coolant can make the sensor not float.

The video I saw showed a guy with a cup of water and a cup of coolant. The sensor would not float in the water but did float in the coolant. After I siphoned out my mix and added pure uncut Dex Cool my light went out....been out ever since.

You can also jab the magnet float a few times. It's been know to get stuck.

Yes, Fish around in the coolant expansion tank with a screw driver. You may dislodge the float from the bottom or pick up the loose magnet that has fallen into the tank.

Putting a magnet on the sensor is a good test to see if its working properly/ The light will go out when a magnet is held near the sensor.

Welcome to the forum crg,

Low coolant light on + Expansion Tank full = faulty sensor or disconnected harness connector.
