Just want to let others know of a positive experience with one of our vendors.

It's 85-90 degrees F/30-33 C just about every day here in Brisbane. Lost all of the refrigerant in my XKR which makes for some uncomfortable driving.

My A/C mechanic found that the hose from the evaporator to the compressor was the culprit.

Ordered it from Jagbits on Thursday, the 24th of March. Didn't receive a shipping confirmation so I sent an email on Tuesday, the 29th asking for an update and I received a reply email within FIVE minutes letting me know that the order was shipped within one day of my placing the order.

I just received the order on the 1st of April. Now, considering the fact that Australia was closed for four days over the Easter weekend, that means that I received my order from Kalamazoo, MI to Brisbane, Australia in four business days! If everything goes according to plan, I should have A/C the beginning of next week. Yippee!!!

In addition, I had no problem receiving my 10% discount by putting "JAGFORUMS-10%" in the code box.

 

I like Jagbits but the last purchase I made I asked for a discount and was told we don't do that.

 

My experience with JagBits was good. Very competitive prices, good online support and quick shipping. The parts I received were correct and as expected.

No complaints. Will use them again when the need arises.
