There will be no ill effect.

However, you should be aware that the car will have a bit more oversteer than a car with staggered sizing. This is because the original fitment had a larger contact patch at the rear than the front. Now, they are equal. You can partially compensate for this by increasing the inflation pressure in the rear tires relative to the front tires.

Some drivers prefer oversteer
