Fact/Fiction CATS Shocks
Hello all,
I will be compressing my front CAT assy soon and would like to use my HF 20ton press with the CAT shocks inverted as some others here have done. A while back, before I knew that my OER foam mounts were short lived, I had read something somewhere about the CATs being damaged if compressed upside down. To my mind, that does not make any sense, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
My question is :
Do any of you know for a fact this to be true and why?
Many thanks!
(FYI, I will be going with Wayne's mounts)
