I've met J004 (they reprogram modules to comply with emissions laws) but don't recall J004C.

I think it will (er, should?) be free. But has likely been done by now.

FSA Code J004C Answer

According to the service department,Local Jag dealer, This code says the bank 1 sensor 02 is out of range. Not sure what that means but sounds tech speech.
