I like Lloyd floor mats. Much plusher than the OEM mats, many colors to choose from, custom-fit to your particular vehicle, very durable, and very affordable. I've had a set in my wife's XK8 for more than four years now and they still look and feel new. Google "Lloyd floor mats" and check 'em out for yourself....

Just bought some Coverking mats in beige from Amazon which will be arriving in a few days. They have two grommet holes for my one grommet per side, but it looks from the photo to be in roughly the right place. Will let you know how they turn out.

 

Got the Coverking mats. They fit nicely (except the grommet holes don't line up which is my fault for ordering the wrong set). No matter, since they grip well anyway.
Nice and plush, affordable. The color is lighter than the picture on the website and is in fact lighter than the OEM carpet. Looks good, though, because the color matches the seat leather in my Cashmere interior.
Will report on their how they wear after a few months.
