Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking for the floor mat hooks that screw into the floor board on both the driver's and passenger side that holds the floor mats in place. My '97 XK8 has the threaded sockets in the floor but have plastic plugs in them. My mats have the eyelets that do line up with the threaded sockets.

Those are such small items they may only be available at the dealer, if there.

Possibly you can find, or adapt, something else that screw into the floor to hold the mats.

I'll keep looking but in the mean time I am going to modify a bolt with a small hook. (gota love JB weld)

You might try a Ford or Lincoln dealer. I looked at my Jag, Lincoln and Expedition and couldn't tell the difference between them.

 

Thanks for that reminder test point. The first time I saw the floor mat holders was in a 2001 or '02 Crown Vic.
