I ordered a set of the dark beige Berber carpet mats with black piping and leaper logo. They are scheduled to arrive today. I'll post pictures.

I should write AutoEtc and get some kick backs for all of these sales

I was wondering about approaching them for sponsorship on the forum. They've certainly got quite abit of free advertising amongst this thread.

They have! However, many jaguarforums.com members never come into the XK8 forum. Just think of all of the members with the lesser Jaguars who might want new floor mats, they just don't know about Auto Etc. I think Auto Etc could make a boatload of money if they would advertise here. Maybe they could even have a link to this thread in their ad!

My experience with them was outstanding. Refreshing to do business with a company who understands costumer service. My two cents worth.

I think I'm the only person who "dissed" them in this whole thread, and that was minor. It just took a long time (a week or so) before they shipped the mats. I'm still going to buy from them again. I'm thinking about getting new mats for my Expedition and my Saab. I wish I had known about the heel pad when I ordered the Jag mats. I'm hoping to wear a hole in them very quickly so I can buy new plush mats with a heel pad and a flying spaghetti monster logo.

I just received my new set from AutoEtc. My old ones were OEM, black, and threadbare. Car is Anthracite/black, and the footwells were like dark holes and every little dust speck showed up. I went with the Dark Charcoal with light grey logos. The carpet colour was only available in the plush upgrade, but it is very good quality for the extra $10.00. Don't know if the base mats come with the rubber non-slip 'grippy' backing, but these do, and they are a big improvement. Shipping was fast and they arrived in perfect shape (and no problems with Canadian Customs !)
Very happy, and I will post a picture once Mr. J. comes out of his dark, winter hiding place.

first berber I've seen! Good color contrast, more bold than most of us would go for, I admire that individuality. I bet it looks good with the black exterior looking inside.

Comon robert, find that camera, or Mr. J...whatever/whoever that is.

The berber might be a really good idea where salt and slush are involved.

If you want to go directly to their sight here's the link http://www.averysfloormats.com/

What I got is their Luxury Touring™ Berber Floor Mats. They also were kind enough to send me carpet swatches to pick from before I purchased them. The total for the Berber mats, logo and heel pad with shipping was $86.95.

I just saw a list of dealers , the one promoted that day was Autobarn, I did not see your set available or at anywhere near your price?

I bought Berber mats for my car a few years ago, but they don't have any logo on them. They still look new!

Great looking mats. Where did you order? I just got a quote from AutoEtc with the same setup, they wanted $99.95 shipped. $64.99 for the berber mats, $15 for the logo, $5 for the heel pad and $15 for shipping.

I have a black interior. I am thinking Black mats, black edge with silver logo with a heel pad.

Go back a page or two and look at my black mats. To my eye the black mats looks just a tiny shade darker than the black carpet of the car. However, in the pics it looks a LOT darker. When I order again eventually I'm going to get the charcoal mats. I think that will be a closer match.

Looks really interesting. Anyone tried these for a Jag with oatmeal coloured interiour? What colour would match?

Just sent them an email asking if they ship to Sweden as well. I think a few members of the Swedish Jaguar Club might be interested in their products.
