Default Front spring choice?

I live in the UK and have trawled sources/ forum recommendations for front suspension springs as follows. Looking for any advice, particularly on the SNG Barratt option.
I Have 2005 XKR coupe with Adaptive CATS, Dynamic stability and R performance. I understand that the obsolete jag part no is JLM21276.
I have already sourced the baxter top mounts and corresponding Bilstein shocks.
UK spring options appear limited to:
1. DCR autoparts £540
2. SNG Barratt - Jaguar supplied alternative part NJB2158HD. £400 - 2 buyers to date.
3. Adamesh front and rear set (20mm lower). Price TBC. Presumably, this means I have to fit the rears as well? - same top mounts issue as front?
Current clearance is already low, say 30mm between arch and top of tyres. Is it feasible to lower further? I live down a pot-hole ridden track so ride is already hard. Wouldn’t want ride to be any firmer!
Advice and experience with any of these options would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave.

What's your reason for changing springs, firstly. Are you looking to address a particular problem?

Car has done 100k miles and I’m doing the front upper mounts and shocks; as the mounts are crumbling, ride height has dropped on one side, the shocks squeak and the front end is twitchy. Everything looks original at the moment.
Do you suggest keeping with the original springs if they are not broken?

The Adamesh springs are pretty good. I live down a gravel track with a lot of bumps and it's no worse than the OEM springs.

The problems you describe are really due to the top mounts. I've just fitted new springs, shocks and top mounts, but that was really more to do with a general refresh of the whole car that I've been doing. My springs were pretty rusty, so I figured that it was worth changing them. But if they'd been ok, I may well not have changed any of it, as my top mounts were ok. I'm trying to do everything that might want doing in the coming years in one go, but that's not a recommendation on how to proceed, as it's not the cheapest course to take!

If it all looks ok, I'd probably just change the top mounts, but if the springs are looking shabby, you may as well do them when you have the top mount off. I've fitted Adamesh.

l would tend toward the mounts first, springs seem to have a reasonable life, probably the same springs (white & pink stripes) as my own xkr, R features @ 220K (kilometres) and they are still fine.
