First thing you need is a card board template. the outer diameter is 160mm and the inner hole 90mm. The circle for the three holes is radius 65.6 mm but better to place the card on top of the bolts and wack with a hammer to mark the card.
Rough out the size on a board and with a bandsaw or jig saw.You could do the whole job with a jigsaw but I chose the lathe for a better finish. Drill the centre ,put in a bolt and stick it on the lathe. Turn to size and drill using the card template.
I now have one completed in about 30 min and can use it as a template if I need to make more when I tackle my springs.
I have two new springs but may use spacers instead dependent on what I find when dismantling.. A 1/2 in spacer will lift the car 3/4 in

Confused 🤔
Are these not supposed to be flexible, absorbing vibrations etc.? Chopping board material, whilst tough as hell is also solid, obtaining the correct hardness for the top spacers is critical to comfort and other components wearing out, which now will have to compensate for such a hard material?
I could be wrong of course and completely misunderstood what you are doing 😳😁
These are to go on top of the assembly between the top mount and the body ...There is 13mm of thread sticking out . fast to fit if this will give me the lift I need
My top mounts look fine,I have new springs in stock so just covering my options.
Fun to make even if I dont use them
