I can't believe i did this. Just as I pulled out the second front bushing, the darn phone rang. By the time I got off the phone I forgot if the bushing split was facing front or rear. Anyone out there who knows which way it should go or if it makes any difference all?

 

The manual says "Fit bush so that split is facing towards rear of vehicle."
