Default Fuel pump upgrade for 2001 XKR

I recently upgraded my fuel pumps to 2x walbro 255 I was wondering if the fuel pressure regulator was able to handle this much pressure I'm not running rich under wot it gets 14.7 air to fuel I was wondering if. But under lower throttle it fluctuates to with more air than fuel also do both fuel pumps run off a single 20 amp fuse because I read it require 20 amp for one walbro pump. I also read that you have to bore out the return in order to fix pressure issues I just don't know where to bore it out to relieve pressure.

I believe they run on different fuses. That's the way you check to see if the WOT pump is working, i.e. pull the main pump fuse and see if the car will eventually start ( it will eventually switch over to the WOT aux pump, IF the WOT pump is functional)

Z,

P.S. pre '2003 XKR sages, please correct me if I've got this wrong.

Welcome to the forum skadmiri1,

I didn't recognise your username then I saw this is your first post since October 2015. Your XKR must have been unusually reliable.

You wouldn't believe all the things I've done to this car I'm soon to put a video of my engine rebuild on a 28000 miles pulley 6% overdrive and 16.8% lower aj27s engine swap. I replaced all the bushings to polyflex including shockmounts I replaced fuel pumps, radio header unit with android based flip top, all for shocks & springs to 1.5 red H&R lowering I put the lightweight high flow paragon impact bar, grantleys modified front led lights, 4 row intercooler with Bosch Highflow Inter cooler pump new rims, tires, rear window, brakes added nameless preformance cats, x pipe soon I'm going to add light weight seats, I just got to figure out which pump is primary and pair the second pump with a weaker pump... 2x walbro 255 seem to have decreased my cars preformance.

Engine I rebuilt and painted

Fully upgraded 2001 XKR
