fuel trims

Hi members, I've done a lot of work on carb, equiped cars in the past but the new stuff has me puzzled. I have a innova 3100 scanner and would like to know what fuel trims are all about. My car is a 2000 XK8.

Go to google. Put in

fuel trims

read and read until you get it. Not complicated
