To anyone with an XK8(R) MY 2005-6,

My last 2001 XK had an upper shelf in the glove box that held the owner's manuals. My 2006 does not. Is this normal? I called Coventry West and Pete said there is a part number showing for a "rear" shelf in the glove box but is not part of the normal box assembly for MY 2003-6. Please take a look and let me know what yours are like. Pictures are also really welcome!

My 2006 XK8 does NOT have a shelf in the glove box.

BTW, nice color choice! Looks familiar.

I'm curious to know when they decided to exclude this shelf. Anyone out there have it on their 2003-5 XK's?
