Anyone looking for wood for an 1997-1999 XK8/R? Will this fit a 2001 XK8?

Does not apparently include the window switch surrounds.
Which Might be worth asking about for anyone interested in thinking of changing their wood colour.

Roadhogg, your absolutely right. It only contains six pieces with the door window switch trim it would be eight pieces. Why the salvage yards would break up a set is beyond me. Wouldn't you want all matching pieces?

 

I think they do that because they want to sell the doors as complete units, including the door wood.
Seems a bit unnecessary to me, because if someone wanted a new door they would presumably be able to take the wood surrounds from the old door, and use those.
It's something to watch out for though if you are thinking of changing your wood shade.
I noticed the door wood surrounds did not seem to be included for the ad that i saw, although this turned out to be a different ad ( steering wheel on the opposite side).
I did not wish to hijack bassmania's thread.
I was actually looking for track rods at the time.

 

the door wood is so far 'departed' from view, nobody would really be able to tell...unless you put ash where walnut should be, etc.
