I hope this does not sound too dumb but I was just verifying that the one-piece mesh grill removal on my XKR is fairly simple. Looks like a total of 6 screws-one at each end of the grill and two to each of the vertical 'bumperettes' behind the grill?

Am I missing anything?

Nope It's just that simple, had to take mine off a couple of times on my 06

 

I just bought a mesh grill to put on my 2006 XK8. The instructions they sent was for a XK and they are able to install without taking off the front end. I see no way to install without removing the front end because they say to remove the overider plastic covers. Did you have any direction for installing your mesh grill and if so could you share that with me please.
