Headlamp
Normally the clear outside is only held in place using some silicon. So, what you will need to do is stick the headlight assembly into the oven at about 250-300F and let it set there for about 10 minutes. That will get the silicon soft. Then, while the silicon is still hot, you will need to pry the clear lens off. It may take a few times through the oven before it will come off. THen you have to clean up the groove that the lens sits in and glue it all back together. The auto parts places sell the silicon to glue the two halves back together.
One bit of caution I will pass your way: don't let the clear cover come in contact with any hot metal object. It will cause the clear to whiten and then you have a bigger mess on your hands.

not at all,the hardest part is just getting the headlight out, them simply swap the lens out
Be careful of the silver plating inside the housing. I took mine apart to clean the condensation and the silver coating wiped right off. Fortunately, I started at the back and didn't do too much damage but then that car went to the recycler anyway.
