Anybody have this problem? When driving at night with the headlights on I notice they briefly flash brighter when I touch the brakes, like somehow the voltage supplied to them is affected by the use of the brakes. Is this possible? What would cause this? I had someone flash their brights at me because they assumed I had done the same.
