Default Headliner problem

Hi guys,
just one more question. The jag im looking at seriously has a headliner that has some how fallen from the roof. It is still in tact on the edges, but the middle part is caving down.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how much do you think an upholstry shop will charge to fix it.

Any answers would be of help because i am looking to purchase the car within the next 48 hours.

Thanks again,
Jim

Both your posts are in XK, the previous one says the car is an XJ, your pics are an X...what sort of car is this headliner for?
