Heated Seats
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I own a 1999 XK8 convertible.
The passenger's side heated seat is not working, and I cannot find a specific fuse connected to the operation of the heated feature..
Any one can enlightened me on what may cause thew problem ? fuse ? switch gear ?
Many thanks,
ckt

Hi CKT,
There are several threads dealing with this - I've done some research since I also have te same problem. But it's low on my list at the moment.
Anyway, short answer is that there is no fuse - the heater is powered direct from the Seat control module under the seat.

When I had this issue on my 2005 XK8, it turned out to be a cracked track on the Seat Module circuit board. Bridging the gap with solder fixed it.
