Will un-hooking the battery for a week result in a hard reset?

It should. The other method is to touch the negative lead from the car to the positive terminal on the battery for about 15 seconds.

You will have to re-teach the windows, and go through the drive cycle for the fuel trims and transmission to re-adjust.

Default Incline causes gearbox fault code

Several days with battery disconnected and shorting unhooked + to - did not clear the Gearbox fault. This fault was probably set due the car being nose up on ramps. Either that or another transmission relay box failed from fluid runnng someplace due to the incline. The battery does not appear to like being on an incline either.
P.S. still waiting on the nameless cats.

My Nameless 200 cell cats arrived (2 days shy of a month from order date).
I installed them overnight. Wa la. Engine power restored!! Clogged Downpipe / converter was cause of my massive power loss.
I solved the gear box fault as well. I found the large oval transmission connector was not fully seated. This is at the firewall low behind the throttle body. So tilting did not cause this.
I'm not sure why but doing a hard reset, clearing the OBD codes, 2-3 key on/off cycles as well as going thru the gears a few times eliminated the Transmission over temp error shown on the dash when moving the selector.
Thanks everyone for your help, guidance, support. She not only runs great now she sounds really serious without being too vulgar. She roars with both the top and foot down. :-)

Glad to hear you got the power back, the Nameless 200 cats do have a little bit of a snarl to them, but sure flows nice.
