My ABS controller went out. I have a 2003 XK8. Strangely (or not) It is a 3 bolt version as opposed to the normal 4 bolt. I sent the original unit to a company in Canada called XmoDeX to be rebuilt - they supposedly destroyed it taking it apart. ….so I purchased a rebuilt one from them for $389 - it did not work....Sent it back sent it back for repairs and it didn't work....WTF? I need to find a 3 bolt rebuilt version of the 2003 jag xk8 ABS Module....Anyone know where I might find?

 

i would try asi to see if you can buy 1 with out a core . or see if the they will send your orignial back . did you check on our parts paige i have had good luck on parts for my 97. or a wrecking yard arround you good luck and post the progress . all the best dan l

 

My understanding is that they destroyed my original one opening it up...saying it was corroded and just fell apart. ASI?...I will check the parts page - Thanks.

Thanks RJ...I've been in touch w/ Automotive Scientific and they don't have a replacement...or even know about the 3 bolt abs control module version from my car.
