When refilling the coolant squeeze the top coolant hose from the radiator to the engine then release with the coolant reservoir cap off you will notice the air on the way out. Do this a few times then run the car with the heater on then turn it off and let the car cool down. Then remove the reservoir cap again and squeeze the hose and refill if necessary. Most of the time it only takes two or three tries.

Thats pretty much how I did it but I squeezed the lower hose also just to see if it helped...
