I paid with pre-publication order on Amazon 4 months ago $27, rec'ed mine today.

That's slow! Amazon UK delivered my pre-ordered copy in mid January.

Yelp, book rate postage is slow to Hawaii, plus between ordering the book and Amazon being ready to ship and charge my credit card I had my card hacked and had to get a new account number, forgot to update my Amazon account with the new number so it took a week for me to notice the email from Amazon to update my payment method.
