Remove both sides, send to a automotive upholstery shop.

I pulled mine taught and folded the corner over- super glue.

I agree...remove grille fascia and CARFULLY super glue the loose corners down. A little goes a LONG way so get the smallest tube you can buy.

I got some speaker material from the local fabric store and recoverd them. The alpine can be popped out and reused over the new material.

I agree with the statements about the super glue. A repair will be quick and easier than redoing it completely. If done correctly, you will never notice (and I am very picky)
