Default How easy is it to Dynamat the front doors?

My XKR is pretty quiet as it is, but I've got this thing about doors that make an expensive sounding thwump when I close them and I was thinking about adding some Dynamat. Problem is I haven't been able to find any pictures of what's under the doorcard, or how easy a job it would be. Anyone done this in their XK8/R?

There is a thread with pics in the FAQ list in the xk8/xkr subforum. The rattling is from at least one dislodged glass guide/bumper. I found one of mine in the bottom of the door. I used some loop tape (from velcro) to stabilize it where it needed it inside the door before finding the bumper. Works well.
