Default How to get leaper & clock onto satnav

Hi Guys
I have a 2003 XKR ex Japan. I know I won't be able to get the satnav to work again but I'd just be happy to get the Jag logo and the digital clock to work.
I read the enormous thread about downloading the upgrade burning to DVD and updating the system but no amount of trying will get it to work. It gives me something in Japanese then just says bad disk or similar. How can I get the logo amd clock to work? Any help would be vastly appreciated .
Cheers Jeff

Been there. Clock you'll never get unless you want to know the time in Japan. I think I did end up getting the leaper after burning a nav disk with the right version of nav data. I ended up ripping it out and converting to the triple gauges instead.

Leaper is the older version, clock is the 2003 (last) version. I bought an OEM disk on Ebay, and it came right up with the clock. It may be 15-yr-old data, but she knows all the Texas "Farm Roads" which haven't changed in decades. I love the voice!
