My 2004 XK8 has an electrically heated windshield.
The owner's manual says that this is Canada only.
My car was sold in the U.S.
How rare is this in the U.S.?
I would think that the replacement windshield is very $$$$.

 

I have a heated windshield in my Canadian spec 2001 XKR. It is original still almost perfect besides a few chips in the corner that were repaired.
I did enquire how much a new on was and was surprised to find a PPG replacement was only 600 CDN roughly 480US. This for from a windshield replacement specialist not a jag dealer.
I was expecting $$$$$$$$$$.
