How To Resync The Windows Back to Factory Settings After Hard Reset ?

I need to resync my windows. I did a hard reset however my windows roll down when I close the door but dont roll back up. Everytime I open the door the windows go lower. How do I resync my windows ?

This is covered in the owner's Manual.

Lower the Window and hold the button down for 5 more Seconds. Repeat for Window Up.
