Default How's this for a Jaguar Dealer

Visited the Jaguar Dealer in Amman, Jordan and took a picture of thier building. Ibrahim, their Sales Manager, told me the import duty in Jordan is 118%! Based on the building the must make a profit.

Have they just built the frontage so far?

From the second photo, it only looks possible to get a Jaguar in there sideways.

Modern technology knows no boundaries, the showroom surely must be for the vertical display and I don't think the "sideways" approach would work, Graham, to have access to BOTH DOORS!
I would hate to be penalised if I spilt the precious "complimentary JAGUAR coffee as well" er oops!
Well spotted and amazing photo too, I am most beguiled,,, Regards, Stu

It's actually shaped like a piece of pie. I would have surely been run over to get a photo from the other side. Top selling car is the XJ with the 4 cylinder engine. Next to get a photo of the dealer in Abu Dhabi!

A 4 cylinder XJ? Sounds crippled. I'm used to XJs having big inline 6s, V12s and V8s.

Does seem strange to us in the west but Asia is similar, with a lot of big luxury cars having a small fuel efficient engine. Most of them are long versions too, as a lot of people who can afford such a car, also have a driver.

Curious what the most popular model in Abu Dhabi will be. One of the R-S models maybe?

Reminds me of a modern version of the Ishtar gate.
