Default hydraulic hose replacement instructions

I replaced the hydraulic hoses with the braided stainless steel lines and installed the pressure relief valve a few months ago. I used the instructions posted by Gus and the document posted by Steve.c3h8. I've added some notes to Steve's document and have attached it here for the benefit on anyone desiring to do the same.

The various how-to's for this particular fix by Gus, Steve, and others would have made a younger version of myself want to tackle this job as these are the sorts of diy tinkering that I would love to do when I was younger and had endless time to kill.

Great writeup DrDSP! Hopefully I'll never have to do that.
