If you have an iCarsoft OBDII scanner, you can download software upgrades here:

Once downloaded to your computer, the updater tool does the work. You can really ignore the multiple links to individual software upgrades listed for various vehicles other than to quickly see if an update is available for your scanner model/vehicle.

Here are the steps I used:
1. Download the correct updater tool application for your computer (Windows or Mac OS) using the link provided.
2. Connect the scanner to your computer via the factory USB adapter cable.
3. The scanner will automatically start and display a screen with the scanner’s unique SN and UID.
4. Enter these two numbers when requested.
5. Select the software update desired.
6. The software will download and a “download complete” message will display.
7. Press the “back” button on the scanner and the new software will load.
