I want to my xk8 dash from the version with the navigation system, to the 3 gauge version.
So, I'm looking for a complete set 3 gauge wood dashboard in mint condition.

Can anybody help me out?

Sorry I can’t help with the wood dashboard. But if you do complete the conversion, I would be interested in your original, left-over navigation/display unit, assuming the display screen is in perfect working order.

There are usually at least a few wood sets available for sale on ebay. That's where I purchased mine.

This was one of the first changes I made and one of the mods I like the most (after the addition the black wind blocker that adds a month to the front and back end of the summer top-down driving season).

While I am not normally a fan of bling, there are aluminum small gauge trim rings available that match the main instrument gauge trim rings.
For me, adding the small trim rings harmonized the dashboard appearance, complete the period feel, and just look "right".

Just noticed your user name and recognize it from TheSamba. Looks like we share similar tastes in vintage vehicles! (I use “Red Ryder” on the Vanagon forum).
