This may be a dumb question, but has anyone out there found/used a combination LED/Bulb Holder, as shown in picture, fitting an XK8 instrument cluster??

I do recall of couple of recent topics where the poster had installed LED's only to find out that they liked the original type bulbs much better. . Necessitating another tear down to retro fit the old style bulbs.

sounds like this is maybe one place where the stock bulb is still a good choice.

Well, I pulled the dash apart this morning and installed regular T10 and T5 LED's. Because of the videos by Reverend Sam and Richard Astley it was and easy job. Thank you much guys!!
I have read a few posts reporting negatively on dash LED's. For me it was totally positive. The display is now bright enough to see in broad daylight. The dimmer still works just fine.
So for all you guys who want brighter dash lights, today's LED's will do it!
