Default Intake manifold

I need to replace my intake manifold valley hoses and can't find a sticky. Dores anyone know if I can R&R the manifold without removing the valve covers? My car is a 1998 XK8 with the 4.0 motor.

yup, valve covers do not come off. I have only done it on an XKR but even then the valve covers stay.
