Default Interior Trim Question - "Flange"?

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/a...x100_97-99.pdf

The other day Bob posted this great color reference chart in response to Ken's question about his steering wheel trim.

I just noticed that mine needs a bit of touch up too. I have Oatmeal trim.
Looking at the first chart, that says I have Antelope color steering wheel. Then I turned the page, there's a different chart for sport trim. Oatmeal with sport trim shows warm charcoal color steering wheel.

I doubt I have sport trim, just don't want a surprise. The good news is that warm charcoal is used on 1 item in the non sports trim cars, the Flange Finisher.

This will give me a great comparison, but for one thing: what the heck is "flange finisher" in this context? Probably obvious, but I'm clueless. Anyone know?

Thanks,

John

The flange is the edge of the B-Post (see item 3). The Flange Finisher is the trim that covers it.

Forum Sponsor S N G Barratt can even supply it.
