JTIS on 64 bit Windows 7

JTIS on 64 bit Windows 7
I can't get my JTIS to load up on my new computer with Windows 7, 64 bit. I assume it is not compatible. Is there a JTIS that is compatible?

It's running on my Win7 64 Bit.
