I've ordered a used key FOB from eBay. Part # LJA2610AA , 315MHz FCC ID K8597T315. These are the same numbers on my current FOB for an early (005562) '97 XK8.
From what I've read on the forum, I will not have to program this FOB. Is this correct?

 

You'll need to programme it to the car, otherwise the car won't know that it's you!
